Invictus Group are seeking experienced Security Guards who are suitably qualified to work in Licensed venues throughout the Sydney areas.

As a member of our Licensed Venue team, you must have personal presentation and customer service skills. The primary functions of the role include, but are not limited to:
- Provide exceptional front line customer service and support
- Risk identification and incident response
- General security duties including administration tasks
- Working within a team environment
- Negotiation and conflict resolution skills
- The ability and confidence to work on your own
Skills and Experience
- Hold a valid NSW Security Licensed (1A/1C) & current First Aid Certificate
- Responsible Service of Alcohol certificate (A)
- Must have good written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent Customer Service Skills
- Skilled Personal Presentation
- Ability to work nights
- Must be available for weekend work
- Experience in Conflict Resolution
- Ability to walk and stand for some periods of time
- Have working rights in Australia
