It is the sole responsibility of the employer to verify the qualifications, conduct background checks, and ensure that candidates are suitable for the roles they are applying for.
Hired Here makes no representations or warranties regarding the performance, conduct, or fitness of any candidate for the role they are hired to complete. Employers must carry out their own due diligence and ensure that candidates meet all necessary screening and security requirements before proceeding with employment.
12. Termination of Accounts
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate user accounts if they violate these Terms and Conditions or engage in fraudulent activities. This includes, but is not limited to, engaging in illegal actions, misrepresenting qualifications, or misusing the platform in any way.
If your account is suspended or terminated, we will notify you of the reason (unless prohibited by law or other legal obligations) and the steps you can take, if any, to resolve the issue.
You can request to close your account at any time. However, we may require verification of your identity before proceeding with account closure. Please note that even after account closure, we may retain certain data as required for legal, operational, or compliance purposes, in accordance with our data retention policy.

This agreement shall be governed by the laws of Australia, and any arbitration award shall be final and binding, subject to enforcement in the courts of Victoria, Australia.
Notwithstanding the foregoing, either party may seek temporary injunctive relief or other emergency legal action in a court of competent jurisdiction without the requirement for mediation or arbitration.

This applies to all content shared or submitted on the platform, including within resumes, job descriptions, user photos, embedded links, social media URLs, and communication with other users.
We take these matters seriously and reserve the right to remove such content, suspend or terminate accounts without notice, and take further action if necessary. By agreeing to these Terms and Conditions, users acknowledge this policy and agree not to engage in such conduct. Hired Here assumes no responsibility or liability for violations of this policy, but we will act to remove and address any breaches that come to our attention.
26. User Verification
Hired Here does not independently verify the identity, qualifications, or background of users on the platform. It is the sole responsibility of employers to conduct appropriate checks, request identification, or verify credentials before engaging candidates. Likewise, candidates should perform their own due diligence when considering job opportunities.
We recommend that users use caution, exercise common sense, and carry out any necessary checks when engaging with others via the platform.
27. Age Restrictions
By using this platform, you confirm that you meet the minimum legal working age in your Australian state or territory. If you are under 18 years of age, you must have the consent of a parent or guardian before using the platform.
We reserve the right to request proof of age and to suspend or remove accounts found to be in breach of this policy.
28. Intellectual Property and Licensing
