    Protech are currently seeking Expression of interests for the next induction for Field Officers to work from the Laidley Depot with the Fire Ant Program through Biosecurity Queensland.

    This is an ongoing position and will require thorough and effective surveillance and treatment of insect pests through Southern Queensland.

    Benefits

    • Must have outdoor work experience in Landscaping, Agriculture, Arboriculture, Land Management and Conservation, Civil, Farming OR Recreational Bushwalking or Hiking
    • Must be physically fit as the role requires substantial walking through challenging terrain up to 12km per day
    • Ability to work in a team environment
    • Face to Face customer service experience
    • Pass a drug and alcohol screen
    • Must be able to complete and pass a Police check

    Schedule

    Roster: Blue/Orange 4am‑4pm. 4 days on 5 off followed by 5 days on 4 days off (includes weekend work).

    About You

    • Ideally 1–3 years experience working in a technical support role.

    Royal Health Ability is a registered NDIS service provider. We are Queensland-based organisation servicing the South Australia and Queensland regions. We are recruiting multiple casual staff to serve participants based in the Western Suburbs of Adelaide. Shifts are available 7 days per week including overnight shifts.

    We provide in-home care and community access services to clients with a disability who live independently or in supported accommodation settings. We support clients 24/7 – this includes weekday, evening, weekend work, sleepover and/or active night shifts.

    Requirements

    • Experience with high-intensity supports (including manual handling)
    • Experience with BiPAP machine, suction machine, and cough assist device (preferred but not mandatory; training can be provided)
    • Participant in Western Suburbs and resides with family. Support workers must be comfortable working in a family setting.
    • Willingness to work shift work which includes day shift, regular sleepovers, weekends and public and/or school holidays with significant availability
    • Willingness and ability to wear a face mask continuously throughout all shifts, in accordance with participant requirements and workplace policies.

    Job Description

    You will be part of a team who are responsible for delivering first class operations at Brisbane Airport.

    Reporting to the JUHI Manager, the Operator is a critical role in airport operations whilst maintaining the facility which is the single source of fuel supply to the airport. With an eye for detail, you will direct and maintain safe and efficient operations and be prepared to complete required activities to deliver on specification fuel to the airport.

    This is a permanent position and working on a 7-day roster as part of a team. Once appropriately trained you will need to be prepared to work with minimal supervision and support the effectiveness of the team (including day and night duties supporting 24 x 7 operations).

    Responsibilities

    • Safe and accurate delivery of products to customers within expected timeframes.
    • Quality control testing of road transported aviation fuel along with airside fuel quality sampling and testing.
    • Engage in tasks at elevated heights, including accessing the roof of on-site storage tanks.
    • Manual handling tasks and some repetitive lifting is required.
    • Deliver exceptional customer service and contribute to a high performing team.
    • Work with minimal supervision once appropriately trained.

    Qualifications
