Simmonds Laser and Tube Cutting, a leading laser cutting business in Wangara, is seeking a skilled Press Brake Operator or Laser Cutting operator for the afternoon shift (3:00 PM – 11:00 PM). This role involves operating press brake machines with opportunities for career growth within our expanding business.
As part of the Simmonds Group, we operate 6 factories with over 90 employees and 90+ machines, serving commercial, mining, and residential manufacturing sectors across Western Australia.
What we’re looking for:
- Proven experience in CNC press brake operation.
- Comfortable working with light and heavy materials.
- Able to read and interpret technical drawings.
- Team player with a positive, can-do attitude.
- Reliable, hardworking, and flexible.
- Knowledge of 3D software such as Delem or SolidWorks (advantageous).
- Laser cutting experience is a bonus or willingness to learn.
- Own driver’s license.
