Responsibilities
- Be the connector and facilitator of collective power; assist with the preparation of event & meeting spaces, tending bar and serving platters of food.
- Build and strengthen relationships with existing and new guests through engaging experiences and thoughtful service, enabling future bookings
- Assist with event arrangements to create a space for the guests to gather and belong, exceeding their expectations
- Handle general enquiries, creating meaningful guest experiences that are tailored to the guest’s requirements
- Support the banquets team in general operational tasks
Qualifications
- An up-to-date RSA
- Relevant experience in a similar role
- Working rights in Australia
- Enthusiastic to escalate your career
- Self-motivated, driven and energized in a fast-paced environment
- Armed with smart solutions and a can-do attitude
