About us:The Business Practice Improvement – Outpatients unit provides services across the CHHHS, including:Smart Referrals Systems support and trainingAdministrative Outpatient waitlist auditingBusiness Practice Improvement initiatives in OutpatientsData IntegrityCHHHS Administrative Procedure Manual maintenanceTraining and support for administration across the CHHHSWe’re committed to improving the health and wellbeing of people in Far North Queensland by providing high quality acute health care services.About your role:Assist in the ongoing development and delivery of administration training incorporating relevant legislation, policies, procedures and Queensland Health core values.Collaborate with relevant stakeholders within the HHS to coordinate updates to the CHHHS Administration Procedure Manual.Actively participate in improvement initiates providing project support and coordination when required. Supporting the Business Practice Improvement – Outpatient Unit.
