Hired Here is a digital job seeking platform made with the community in mind. We are here to solve a missing piece of the puzzle in the employment industry.
We specialise as a platform that is dedicated to not using AI to filter resumes – better known as Applicant Tracking System’s. According to Forbes – “In a society where 30% of the population is seeking employment or a new position, 75% of resumes will never be seen by human eyes; they get filtered by an applicant tracking system (ATS).”
We guarantee that on our platform every resume internally submitted through Hired Here’s application process will be given to the employer for them to view and process.
Additionally, we’re here to support businesses by keeping our job advertising costs genuinely affordable without cutting on quality. According to Inside Small Business -“Employment Hero’s The State of Recruitment Report found that advertising rates for SMEs have surged by 81 percent over the past year, with the average cost to advertise a role reaching $5380 in Australia.”
Our Mission
(not what we do – but why we do it)
We’re here because the employment world has become harder than it needs to be. Job seekers are being overlooked by AI filters, and businesses are being priced out of advertising their roles. Our mission is to create a place where people are seen, skills are valued, and employers can list jobs without breaking their budget. We believe fairness shouldn’t be optional.
Meet The Founder
After working in New Employment Services I saw first hand how hard it was for my clients to get past the AI resume filters and actually get seen by an employer! Not only was it terribly exhausting for them it also seemed that all their transferrable skills were not being considered at all.
I also saw how hard it was for small businesses to advertise their jobs online due to the exuberdant costs involved! With a lot of business relying on social media to post their roles, opening them up to scammers.
I knew I had the drive, passion and purpose to start Hired Here to solve these problems, so that is what I did! After 6 months in the development phase of building the website I officially launched in April 2025.
