Role Overview
You will be involved in day‑to‑day warehouse operations across receivals, dispatch, storage, logistics, housekeeping and deliveries. The Warehouse Operator & Delivery Driver is responsible for picking, packing and preparing orders for customer delivery or collection. This role supports all warehousing activities, contributing to operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Pick, pack and prepare orders for delivery or collection.
- Operate forklift and order picker equipment.
- Maintain care, maintenance and handling of products.
- Assist with logistics and freight organisation.
- Follow warehousing procedures and functions.
- Contribute to overall operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Other duties may include additional warehousing responsibilities.
What You’ll Bring
- A valid driver’s licence (HR/MR licence).
- Forklift licence and Order Picker licence (LO desirable).
- Knowledge of care, maintenance and handling of products.
- Knowledge of logistics and freight organisation.
- Knowledge of warehousing procedures and functions.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or industrial environment.
- High attention to detail and a strong commitment to workplace safety.
- A team player with a great attitude and strong work ethic.
- Ability to work independently and meet delivery schedules.
