- QLD C/CA Driver’s Licence + reliable vehicle
- Compassionate and client-centred approach
- Strong communication and resilience in varied situations
- Certificate III (or higher) in Individual Support or equivalent
- 12+ months of industry experience
- Experience in personal care, manual handling, and behavioural support
