Eligibility Requirements
- Identify as Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander with relevant experience.
- Hold a Certificate IV in Disability Services, Community Services, Individual Support, or equivalent.
The Role & What’s On Offer
You will be supporting clients with personal care, daily living skills, and planning social appointments/activities in the Queanbeyan-Palerang community.
- Competitive Pay: $* – $* per hour + loadings (SCHADS Award) + 12% Super.

Credentials & Availability
- Current NSW Driver’s Licence (willingness to drive locally).
- Valid First Aid & CPR Certificate.
- Paid WWCC and NDISWC.
- Willingness to be listed on the Residential Care Workers Register (RCWR).
- Availability to work a 24/7 roster.
