With the current need for Mental Health Support Workers very high and the demand within our Support environments constantly increasing we are currently looking to register current staff members. As a company we can offer both ad-hoc shifts as well as short term placements and permanent roles to work around any commitments you may have.
We are looking for Mental Health Support Workers with enthusiasm, drive and a real commitment to help us strive to achieve the best possible Support for our service users. We do require you to have experience with supporting adults within a skilled setting.
Qualifications
- Empathy, caring and sensitivity to the needs of others
- Positive communication skills both written and verbal
- Experience of supporting adults in a care setting or in the community
- CPI Preferred
