We’re looking for a warm, friendly, experienced Support Worker to provide care and support at The Manor in Batemans Bay, NSW.

Qualifications
- A CertificateIII in Aged Care / Individual Support
- Experience as a Carer (Residential or Community)
- Ability to work with limited supervision
- Robust interpersonal skills and ability to communicate with a range of stakeholders
Responsibilities
- Assist with general cleaning duties and laundry tasks, ensuring cleanliness and organization.
- Help in serving meals to clients.
- Support the administration of Webster packs (medication management).
- Provide personal care and support to residents requiring supervision.
- Demonstrate empathy and kindness in all interactions.
- Work effectively within a small, friendly team setting.
- Show maturity and self‑direction by working with limited supervision.
- Follow established processes and guidelines.
- After 3months, participate in sleep‑over shifts to respond to emergency calls.

Job Type and Schedule
