Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage daily operations across fleet, drivers and logistics teams
- Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, CoR and regulatory standards
- Monitor and facilitate repairs and maintenance of vehicles and equipment
- Drive productivity, innovation and commercial improvement across every touchpoint
- Deliver exceptional customer service and industry‑leading DIFOT results
- Manage budgets, forecasts and P&L performance with strong commercial discipline
- Build and nurture high‑performing teams with a focus on safety, accountability and growth
Qualifications & Experience
- Extensive experience in logistics, transport & warehouse leadership at a senior level.
- Solid financial acumen, experienced in budgeting, forecasting, P&L management and commercial decision‑making.
- Exceptional knowledge and understanding of HSE and COR requirements.
- SAP, WMS & TMS knowledge will be highly regarded (Ramco experience is preferred)
- The ability to balance growth ambitions with safety, compliance and service excellence.
- Demonstrated experience in leading, coaching, and mentoring high‑performing teams.
