Overview
We’re a WA owned and operated company, specialising in design & construction of NPI infrastructure for blue chip resource mining Companies in the Pilbara region.
We are currently seeking a Site Manager to join our team for a exciting new NPI infrastructure project located at Hopedowns 4.
Responsibilities
- Site Manager will work closely with the PM, PE, Supervisors, HSE Advisors and the client to ensure a seamless delivery.
- Manage Subcontracts and direct employee works.
- Maintain effective relationships and facilitate regular communication with Formstruct management team and teams onsite.
- Coordinating procurement of materials, equipment and suppliers in line with specifications and budget.
- Facilitate daily and weekly Formstruct team meetings.
- Facilitate and provide input at Shift starts
- Liaising with Planning and Mobilisation teams for labour requirements.
- Ensure adherence to client requirements including safety, quality as well as Company Policies, plans and procedures.
- Assisting with reviewing and advising on commercial, contracts and scope departures.
- Tracking progress and reporting on performance.
- Compiling detailed lookaheads and project schedules.
- 4:3, 5:2 roster ex Perth.
