Protechis is looking for Mechanical Fitters for rolling stock projects in the northern suburbs.
About the Role
- Day and night shifts
- $72 / hr + super + allowances + travel
Key Responsibilities
- Perform scheduled maintenance and repairs
- Overhaul and replace mechanical components
- Test systems to meet safety and quality standards
- Follow strict rail safety procedures and documentation requirements
Tickets & Experience Required
- Trade certified Mechanical Fitter
- Background in heavy industrial manufacturing
- CAT 2 rail medical – highly desirable
