Singhsta Pty Ltd Liquor Barons Lesmurdie is currently seeking an experienced and motivated Retail Manager to oversee daily operations of our busy liquor retail store in Lesmurdie, Western Australia.
Job Type: Permanent, Full time
Salary: $77,000 – $85,000 per annum

Responsibilities
- Oversee all daily store operations and ensure efficient business performance
- Lead, mentor and develop a team of retail staff
- Recruit, train and onboard new employees as required
- Prepare and manage weekly staff rosters and leave schedules
- Monitor staff performance and maintain a positive workplace culture
- Deliver outstanding customer service and resolve customer enquiries professionally
- Manage inventory levels, stock ordering, stock rotation and supplier relationships
- Analyze sales performance and implement strategies to increase revenue and profitability
- Coordinate promotional displays, seasonal campaigns and in‑store merchandising
- Ensure compliance with liquor licensing legislation, workplace health and safety requirements and company policies
- Monitor cash handling procedures, POS operations and store security
- Prepare operational reports and assist ownership with business planning and performance reviews
Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum Diploma qualification in Business or a related field
- At least 1 year of relevant retail management experience
- Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced retail environment
- Knowledge of liquor retail operations and compliance requirements will be highly regarded
- Experience in liquor retail, hospitality, supermarkets or convenience retail
- Knowledge of Western Australian liquor licensing requirements
- Current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certification and Approved Manager card, or willingness to obtain them
- Experience in sales analysis, merchandising and promotional planning
