Registered Nurses – Aged Care (Regional & Remote Victoria)
Agency: Skilled Nursing Skilled Nursing is currently seeking experienced and compassionate Registered Nurses for aged care placements across regional and remote Victoria. You will be working in residential aged care facilities, providing high-quality clinical care to elderly residents. Contracts vary in length and location, offering flexibility and the chance to explore different parts of Victoria. Key Responsibilities Deliver person-centred nursing care in line with best practice standards
Administer medications and monitor residents’ health conditions
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and support staff
Maintain accurate clinical documentation
Respond to emergencies and provide leadership during shifts Essential Requirements Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
Minimum 2 years’ experience in aged care (essential)
Strong clinical assessment and decision-making skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Ability to work independently in remote settings
Current National Police Check and Working with Children Check
Up-to-date vaccinations (including COVID-19 and flu, as required)
