Mt Barker Auto Service Centre | Mount Barker WA 6324 Full Time | $85,000 + super per year
Established in 2003, Mt Barker Auto Service Centre provides mechanical repairs for vehicles, farm machinery, trucks, 4WDs, marine and agricultural equipment. We are expanding into retail parts, tyres, rims, and online sales across regional WA.
The role seeks a Marketing Specialist to lead marketing strategy, brand growth, and digital presence. This full‑time role drives customer acquisition, market analysis, and business development across the Great Southern region.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and customer acquisition
- Analyse market trends, customer behaviour, and competitor activity
- Plan campaigns across digital, print, social media, and local channels
- Manage website content, SEO, Google Business Profile, and social media
- Create targeted promotions for Mount Barker, Albany, Denmark and surrounding areas
- Prepare marketing reports, campaign analysis, and growth recommendations
- Manage external agencies and suppliers
- Support community engagement and local partnerships
Skills & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or related field
- Minimum 3 years of relevant marketing experience
- Proficiency with: Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Mailchimp, WordPress, Canva, MS Office/Google Workspace
- Strong digital marketing, branding, and market analysis skills
- Excellent communication, organisation, and analytical abilities
- Ability to work independently
- Experience in automotive, machinery, trade or regional business highly regarded
