We are looking for a professional and compassionate individual to join a mission driven organisation as an In-Home Medical Equipment Consultant. In this full time, permanent position, you will be a key player in supporting clients, delivering exceptional care and empowering them to successfully manage their sleep apnea treatment. This role offers a significant opportunity to improve quality of life for others by ensuring they are well supported, informed, and confident in their treatment plan.
What You Will Be Doing In Your New Role:
- Provide a premium in-home customer service to clients across ACT and Region.
- Conduct assessments to identify optimal equipment based on individual client needs.
- Offer continuous support, troubleshooting assistance, and follow up consultations.
- Collaborate with health care providers to maintain seamless continuity of care for clients.
- Maintain meticulous and comprehensive records and documentation for all client interactions.
What You Will Bring:

- A proactive approach, demonstrating self-leadership and personal accountability for success.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- A current and valid Driver’s Licence is mandatory for this field-based role.
- Experience operating or managing medical equipment is highly regarded.
