We are seeking an experienced Identity and Access Management (IAM) Engineer to join our growing team. You’ll be a key contributor to our internal identity management team, focused on supporting and developing our SailPoint IIQ platform as we migrate services to AWS. You will be tackling complex identity-related challenges across the organization.

Location – Melbourne, VIC

Employment type – 6-month contract with a strong likelihood of extension

Roles & Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and customize solutions within the SailPoint IdentityIQ platform, with a focus on non-human account management (service accounts).
• Contribute to the migration of identity management services to AWS, utilizing database services like Aurora.
• Work collaboratively with a team of 12 engineers and contractors across Australia and India.
• Address complex identity challenges within a large enterprise environment, understanding existing systems and processes.

Required Skills & Experience

• Strong experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ), including forms development and customization.
• Experience or strong understanding of AWS services, particularly database services.
• Proven experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM) and Identity Governance and Administration (IGA).
• Ability to work effectively in a large, complex organizational structure.
• A background in broader security experience is highly regarded
