We’re looking for a Property Maintenance Officer to join our Onslow team!

Breight Group needs a highly motivated and experienced Property Maintenance Officer to be responsible for our tier 1 client’s residential property portfolio. This is an Onslow town-based residential position on a 5:2 day roster reporting to the Property Manager. Breight Group will consider flexible working arrangements for up to 40 hours per week for the successful applicant. This is not a FIFO position and FIFO will not be considered.
Responsibilities
- General yard maintenance of all residential properties
- Lawn mowing and lawn edging
- Landscaping and tree pruning
- Maintenance and repair of all pools, pool pumps and equipment
- Testing and maintenance of pool water
- Undertaking light maintenance duties
- Working to a property maintenance schedule
About You
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Drivers Licence (Manual)
- Knowledge in the safe use of tools and equipment required to perform all tasks
- Ability to undertake routine cleaning and maintenance duties
- Ability to work safely and understand best practice in pool and garden maintenance workplace
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal)
- Advanced computer skills, record keeping, ordering and inventory management
- Strong professional presentation
