About Our School
St Peter’s is a Catholic primary school, situated in central Caboolture with an enrolment of over 650 students and a staff of 75. St Peter is a proud Josephite school living the vision promoted by St Mary MacKillop – Never see a need without doing something about it. St Peter has a long and proud tradition of educating students in the Caboolture area and providing quality Catholic education to all students. Our school is one of high expectations and all staff are dedicated to growing the whole student. Our facilities are first class and provide wonderful learning opportunities.

- Salary: $84,078 – $121,093 per annum + super (commensurate with experience)

About The Opportunity
- Creating a nurturing and ordered learning environment that is learner‑centred, supportive, cooperative, and aligned with relevant curriculum policies, documents and practices.
- Collaboratively developing and implementing quality curriculum programmes and appropriate pedagogy; evaluating their effectiveness; assessing and reporting student progress and learning outcomes; and reporting these to students, parents and the community.
- Working collaboratively with the leadership team, teachers and other staff members in contributing to the professional life of the school and fostering a positive school culture.
- Proactively engaging with professional learning to enhance student learning outcomes.
- Establishing positive relationships in the pastoral care of students and supporting their spiritual and moral development.
- Ensuring that the teachings and values of the Catholic Church form a foundation for learning and teaching.

Eligibility and Safeguarding Requirements
- Eligibility to work in Australia for the duration of the appointment.
- Current registration with the Queensland College of Teachers.
