Job Details
- $92.50 per hour day rate plus penalties for overtime, weekends, on call etc
- Short term agency contract. Minimum 4 weeks and up to 12 weeks available
- Starting within the next 2-4 weeks
- Fully furnished housing available
- Return travel provided
- $500 bonus if you complete a 12 week block

What Will You Be Doing?
You will collaborate with members of the multidisciplinary team to help meet the needs and priorities of local communities to improve health outcomes in primary health care. As part of your role, you will:
- Deliver comprehensive primary health care within the organisation
- Ensure the focus of care is on the needs of Aboriginal clients within the context of their cultural identity and social circumstances.

Year-round blue skies, stunning landscapes, and vibrant, diverse, and warm communities – that’s life in the Northern Territory! Only a short flight from most Australian cities, not just a must-see destination renowned for its individual identity and rich cultural heritage but is a remarkable community to set up home in. As a small regional centre, these facilities one would find in larger country towns like Katherine or Alice Springs however it does provide for all the basics that most people require, and several tourist attractions within easy reach like the beautiful Lake Mary Ann.
Requirements
- Current AHPRA Registration as a Registered Nurse
- Relevant qualification and/or experience in Primary Health Care
- Current REC or equivalent
- Current recognised immunisation provider certificate
- Current COVID vaccination provider certificates for Pfizer and Paediatric vaccines
- Current maternity emergency management or midwifery upskill or commitment to completing this within your contract
- Current BLS
- Must be ISTAT competent, certified and have access number
- Must have full Australian working rights (i.e., Australian Citizenship, Permanent Residency, a valid Working Visa, or New Zealand Citizenship)
