About the Role
As a Practice Leader, you’ll play a key leadership role in shaping service excellence by guiding and developing a team of Support Professionals.
This is a hands‑on leadership position where you will:
- Lead, coach, and mentor your team to deliver outstanding outcomes
- Model best‑practice support and build team capability
- Foster a collaborative, high‑performing team culture
- Ensure services are aligned with our values, purpose, and strategic goals
You’ll be central to delivering high-quality, person-centred support that truly enhances quality of life.
Roster: Full-time role worked across a rotating roster, including days, evenings, nights, and weekends.
