Personal Care Worker (Casual Role) – Niagara Park, NSW

About The Role
- Provide personalised in‑home support, including daily living assistance, hygiene, personal care, social engagement, companionship, and emotional support.
- Support clients with home‑based tasks: cleaning, meal preparation, safety monitoring, grocery trips, appointments, errands, and recreational activities.
- Deliver safe, high‑quality care, including health monitoring, medication prompting, documentation, collaboration with families and health professionals, and identifying hazards to keep clients safe at home.
About You
- Qualified and experienced, with Certificate III/IV in Ageing, police check, First Aid/CPR, NDIS screening (or willing to obtain), COVID‑19 vaccination, and at least 1 year of relevant community or aged care experience.
- Reliable, compassionate, client‑focused, strong communication skills, good rapport‑building, punctuality, and a willingness to learn and grow.
- Flexible and travel‑ready, with a NSW driver’s licence, insured vehicle, mobile phone, and the ability to travel for client visits across Greater Sydney.
