We’re on the lookout for a Full Time Park Manager to join our team at Nambucca Heads Holidays site.
Reporting to the Park Manager, you’ll support the day to day operations of the park, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and contributing to a high performing team.

In this Role, You’ll
- Lead the park team to deliver exceptional guest experiences and a guest obsessed culture every day.
- Oversee all daily operations including occupancy, revenue, administration, presentation and financial performance.
- Build strong relationships with guests, residents, team members, local partners and regulatory bodies.
- Manage safety, compliance and asset standards, ensuring the park is well maintained, safe and operating to brand expectations.
- Respond to challenges proactively, from guest concerns to operational issues, while driving improvements and supporting resident wellbeing.
