Job Summary

We are recruiting for early childhood teacher positions at Nurture Through Nature Mandurah. We are reopening soon and seek passionate educators who love nature and authentic learning.

Role

Implement the RESPECT curriculum and create engaging natural learning environments for children aged 3 months to 6 years.

Qualifications

• Bachelor in Early Childhood Education
• Diploma of Children’s Services
• ACECQA‑approved teaching qualification
• Current teachers registration – if applicable
• Understanding of Early Years Learning Framework, Australian Curriculum Framework, and National Quality Framework
• Knowledge of RIE principles and RESPECT curriculum

Experience & Skills

• Experience teaching children aged 3 months–6 years
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to communicate effectively with staff, parents, and children
• Love nature, engaging with outdoors, wet and muddy environments
• Proficiency in life skills teaching and authentic, meaningful experiences

Mandatory Requirements Before Commencement

• Current Working with Children check
• Completion of Foundations Child Safety Training
• Current National Police Clearance
• Current Food Safe Certificateli>
• Child Protection, Mandatory reporting, Safe sleeping
• Current CPR and First Aid (HLTAID012)
