Flip Out Penrith is seeking the services of a dynamic Gymnastics Coach or Cheerleader to conduct our weekly Mini Ninja and Ninja Classes.
Mini Ninja classes are for kids between 2 and 5 years of age and run for approximately 45 minutes to 1 hour each class. Ninja classes are for kids between approximately 5 and 14 years of age and run for approximately 1 hour each class. Our Ninjas are fierce but cute and no fighting skills are taught. The Ninja program is a NSW accredited sports program and we have a huge amount of interest from our community for their kids to join us.
Responsibilities
- Conduct Mini Ninja and Ninja classes as per the structured class format provided.
- Flip and perform tricks safely while supervising children.
- Complete all 20 online training modules prior to starting (approximately 1 hour).
- Maintain a clean environment meeting high cleaning standards within the provided timelines.
Qualifications and Experience
- First Aid Certificate (if 17+).
- WWCC if you are over 14 years old.
- At least 12 months gymnastics, cheerleading or trampolining experience.
- Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Positive can-do attitude, punctuality and strong work ethic.
- Excellent time management in a fast-paced setting.
- Availability for evenings, weekends, Ninja registration days and any Ninja training courses assigned by HQ.
