Reception, Administration and Office All-Rounder
You will be the first point of contact for incoming phone inquiries, managing patient requests and appointment bookings. The role also includes assisting other staff with sterilising instruments, ordering stock, sorting and entering GP correspondence, as well as keeping the clinic clean and orderly. The role is often assisted by a second front desk staff member for some hours of the day most days of the week. Training will be fully on site and during work hours. The applicant must be willing to work throughout the year, including most school holidays. The applicant will be asked to fill in for other reception staff when they are unavailable or on holidays.
A minimum of 2 years of medical reception experience is required. Australian citizenship is required for this position.
The position is casual but can be converted to part time if the successful applicant prefers.
