About The Role
Excellent opportunity for a customer service superstar to join our small supportive team as a Medical Receptionist, rotating across our two clinics in Eastwood and Hutt St (CBD) in a full-time capacity.
Responsibilities
- Managing all phone enquiries in a timely, professional and confidential manner
- Front of house reception / greeting patients upon arrival
- Schedule appointments for patients and referrers
- Issue patient invoices/receipts and process Medicare rebates as required
- Enter and update patient registration details
- Ensure the reception and waiting area is clean and presentable at all times

You Will Have
- Strong customer service and patient focus skills

- High level of attention to detail and confidentiality
- Ability to work autonomously, as well as part of a team
- Experience in a Radiology background, as well as exposure to Medicare services will be highly regarded
