The successful candidate will have a strong focus on safety, quality, and teamwork, and be willing to learn and develop their skills in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.Key Responsibilities:* Safely operate and monitor production equipment and perform routine maintenance tasks* Develop mechanical trade skills and knowledge to meet the needs of our site* Work collaboratively with our maintenance team to improve equipment reliability and performance* Participate in continuous improvement activities and contribute to a positive and inclusive team culture* Adhere to all safety, quality, and environmental policies and proceduresWe’re looking for someone with:* Mechanical aptitude and ability to use a variety of tools* Sound knowledge and understanding of quality checks/systems (desirable)* Ability to work as part of a team and commit to learning and development* Good verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skillsWhy Join Us?At Kraft Heinz, we believe in fostering a workplace where everyone feels valued and empowered.
