Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced school leader to work within a strong leadership team, leading strategic priorities in a primary school setting. The role requires contemporary knowledge and application of trauma‑informed practices, inclusive education, and positive behaviours for learning.
Responsibilities
- Lead the implementation of trauma‑informed practices across the school.
- Drive inclusive education strategies to support diverse learners.
- Develop and promote positive behaviour frameworks that enhance learning.
- Collaborate with the leadership team to set and monitor key school priorities.
- Provide strategic direction for student wellbeing initiatives.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a school leader in a primary setting.
- Strong knowledge of trauma‑informed practices and inclusive education.
- Demonstrated ability to promote positive behaviours for learning.
- Effective communication and collaborative leadership skills.
Employment Details
Fraction of time: 1.0.
Classification: LDRB2 – Leader Band B‑2.
Annual salary: $136,872 per annum (FTE / Teacher Conditions).
