The Duratec-Ertech Joint Venture (DEJV) is a specialist Defence infrastructure delivery partnership with a strong track record in delivering major infrastructure works at HMAS Stirling, Western Australia’s premier naval base. Building on this experience, DEJV has been engaged to deliver several significant infrastructure projects supporting AUKUS, representing a once‑in‑a‑lifetime opportunity to contribute to Australia’s future Defence capability.
ABOUT THE ROLE
We are currently recruiting for an experienced Labourer to join our Duratec-Ertech Joint Venture (DEJV) supporting our long‑term major infrastructure construction scopes in Rockingham.
As a Labourer, you will be responsible for site labouring with the ability to assist in machine operating when needed.
The person appointed to this role will be employed by Ertech and seconded to the Duratec-Ertech Joint Venture.
OTHER KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Able to assist in machine operating when required
- Escorting vehicles to work site
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND CAPABILITY
- HR Drivers Licence
- Minimum of 2 of the following are preferred:
- Skid steer loader
- Roller
- Telehandler
- Water cart
- Excavator
- Ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance (essential)
- Ability to obtain and maintain a National Police Clearance (essential)
- Australian Defence background (highly regarded)
