Looking for your first step into the world of coffee and hospitality? Kooco Espresso Robina is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Junior Cafe Assistant to join our energetic team! Located in the busiest heart of Robina Town Centre (right by Mecca and Sephora), we offer a quick‑paced, fun, and supportive setting where you can learn everything about running a premium cafe. No extensive experience? No problem! We value your attitude and willingness to learn above all else.
Responsibilities
- Customer Service: Greeting customers with a big smile and taking orders.
- Drink & Food Prep: Learning to prepare teas, smoothies, and basic food items (sandwiches/salads).
- Cafe Maintenance: Keeping the space sparkling clean (tables, counters, and equipment).
- Team Support: Helping baristas and kitchen staff to ensure every order is perfect.
- Stock Management: Assisting with restocking supplies to keep the cafe running smoothly.
Qualifications
- Vibrant Personality: Someone who genuinely enjoys talking to people.
- Can-do Attitude: Ready to jump in and help wherever needed.
- Reliability: Punctual and committed to shifts.
- Availability: Flexibility to work weekends or school holiday shifts is a major plus.
