About the Role
In this role, you will lead emerging technology pilots and scale innovations that unlock growth, optimise performance and support the energy transition. As a trusted technical leader, you will work closely with business and technology teams to balance experimentation with strong architecture, governance and commercial focus.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify high‑value AI and emerging technology opportunities aligned to strategy.
- Translate ideas into pilots, proofs of value and scalable solutions.
- Lead prioritised innovation work based on enterprise value, cost and risk.
- Partner with business and IT teams to build robust digital and AI investment cases.
- Ensure solutions align with enterprise architecture, cyber and governance standards.
Skills & Experience
- Strong experience in digital transformation, innovation or enterprise architecture.
- Work effectively across operational and commercial environments.
- Convert emerging technology into clear, tangible business outcomes.
- Apply strong commercial acumen and business case development skills.
- Influence stakeholders and drive positive outcomes in changing environments.
