We are seeking an experienced and values‑led National Safety Leader to help shape safer, healthier and more inclusive workplaces across these environments.
This is a highly influential leadership role, ideal for a safety professional who is passionate about developing leaders, empowering teams, and embedding a strong safety culture across geographically dispersed and operationally complex sites.
You will work closely with Executive Directors, General Managers and operational leaders across large‑scale mining, offshore and remote portfolios to drive sustainable safety outcomes.
You will lead a team of safety professionals and play a pivotal role in strengthening Our Safety Culture, supporting leaders at every level to understand risk, lead with care, and take ownership of safety outcomes.
This role offers a blend of strategic influence and hands‑on leadership, with the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on people’s lives every day.
