Are you passionate about helping others and building a career in aged care? We’re looking for caring individuals with experience in home care or residential settings to support older customers (65+) to live independently at home.
Do you meet these minimum requirements?
- Live in or near Tanilba Bay including surrounding suburbs Anna Bay, Boat Harbour, Bobs Farm, Corlette, Fern Bay, Fingal Bay, Fullerton Cove, Lemon Tree Passage, Mallabula, One Mile Beach, Oyster Cove, Salamander Bay, Salt Ash, Shoal Bay, Soldiers Point, Stockton or Taylors Beach.
- Hold a current Australian Drivers’ Licence with your own car (sorry, we cannot accept international licences or shared/rental vehicles)
- Have 3+ months industry experience in a paid Aged Care setting
- Available to work a minimum of 6 hours a day between 7am to 6pm, Monday to Sunday
- Commitment to our paid 2-week Brilliant @ Basics Training when you start! (Get ready to learn, grow & be supported!) Travel is required for training.

What this role offers:
- Open to Experienced candidates
- Permanent Part-Time or Casual Contracts
- Permanent Contract hours: 30-50 hours per fortnight + flex up hours.
- Hourly Rate: $33.22 – $34.93 per hour + 12% super + $0.92/km allowance + paid travel time
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Provide domestic assistance, such as cleaning, vacuuming, laundry, and meal preparation.
- Provide personal care services including showering, toileting, assistance with medications, as well as domestic duties & social supports such as assisting with transportation for clients.
- Most importantly: be a friendly face & brighten someone’s day!
As a valued team member, you’ll provide compassionate care and support to clients in their homes. Domestic assistance will form a significant part of your role from helping with household tasks to offering personal support, you’ll make a real difference in people’s lives every day.
