Running With Thieves Henderson is seeking an experienced, hands‑on Head Chef to lead our newly refurbished coastal venue under the guidance of the Executive Chef.
We’re looking for someone who loves being in the kitchen, leads by example, and takes pride in delivering great food and a great guest experience. You’ll play a key role in the ongoing growth of the Running With Thieves brand by implementing proven systems and seasonal menu concepts developed in collaboration with the Executive Chef — helping to build consistent standards across current and future venues.
The successful candidate will demonstrate strong cost control, team leadership, and organisational skills — maintaining high food quality, managing labour and COGS targets, and driving guest satisfaction through consistency and innovation.
With ocean views to Garden Island, RWT Henderson features a brand‑new kitchen, two premium bars, a two‑lane drive‑through, modern function and conferencing spaces, and a family‑friendly beer garden with a playground overlooking the coast.
