- Communicating effectively with supervisors, dispatch, and fellow operators
- Contributing to a positive team culture on site
- Demonstrated experience operating haul trucks within a mining environment
- Experience operating CAT 777 haul trucks or similar-sized equipment is required
- Strong focus on safety, risk awareness, and compliance
- Reliable work ethic and positive attitudeAbility to work effectively within a team environment
- Current driver’s licence and ability to travel to site
