We’re currently seeking a reliable and adaptable Maintenance All-Rounder / Handyman to join our Pemulwuy team. This casual ongoing role starts at 3 days per week, with the potential for additional days as workloads increase.
No two days are the same in this role — one day you could be repairing cabinetry or completing minor fit-outs, and the next assisting with site maintenance, replacing lighting, or helping various departments with practical tasks across the site.
This role is perfect for someone who enjoys variety, is looking for a few days of work per week, takes pride in their work, and is happy to roll up their sleeves and get stuck in.
What You’ll Be Doing
- General maintenance and repair work across site
- Basic carpentry and cabinetry repairs, eg, assembly of cabinets and work benches
- Replacing light fittings, globes, and LCD panels
- Using hand and power tools safely and confidently
- Assisting multiple departments with hands-on support
- Manual handling and moving materials where required
- Maintaining a safe, clean, and organised work environment
What We’re Looking For
- Previous handyman, maintenance, or trades assistant experience
- Ability to work independently and manage tasks unassisted
- Confidence using power tools and hand tools
- Physically fit and comfortable with manual work
- Flexible, adaptable, and willing to help where needed
- Reliable with a strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Strong attention to detail and pride in your work
