About the Role
We have a full‑time Grounds Person position available in Bathurst within our Work Crew. The Work Crew provides services in the local Bathurst community completing garden maintenance, and provides employment opportunities for Supported Employees.
Key Responsibilities
- Gardening and lawn maintenance
- Garden beautification and landscaping
- Weeding, pruning, trimming of trees etc.
- Identification of appropriate trees/shrubs/ground coverings for planting
- Lawn mowing both push and ride on & whipper snipping
- Working in a team with Supported Employees
Qualifications and Requirements
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Prior grounds maintenance experience is a plus
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
Our commitment to safety means successful applicants must hold (or be willing to obtain) current Drivers Licence, First Aid, NDIS Worker Check and Working with Children Check.
Full‑time, Monday‑Friday schedule.
