About The Role
With great gaming comes great responsibility! We’re looking for a proactive Gaming Attendant to create a welcoming atmosphere for our guests through warm and authentic service. To be suitable for this role, you’ll be motivated to comply with Responsible Service of Alcohol and Gaming regulations.
A Day In The Life Of a Gaming Attendant
- Actively engage with guests by sharing your passion for our products and create special moments that our guests won’t forget
- Contribute positively to our culture of responsibility, which is centred around safety as well as RSA and RCG/RSG compliance
- Complete machine payouts and cash handling tasks in accordance with hotel policies and gaming regulations
About You
- You are great with people, detail and communication and are motivated to make magic happen for your guests and your teammates
- You are a team player and have flexible availability across the day, evenings and weekends
- You hold current industry RSA and RSG/RCG qualifications
- You’ll be yourself and come as you are – ALH is known for its people!
Inherent Requirements
- This is a hands‑on role that involves manual handling and lifting as part of regular duties (e.g. moving stock, kegs, and deliveries). Applicants must have the ability to perform physical tasks safely and efficiently.
