The Role
- Lead one-on-one bridal appointments within a luxury studio environment
- Deliver a personalised styling experience for every client
- Maintain thoughtful and timely client follow-up
- Accurately manage client records within HubSpot
- Support studio presentation and daily operations
- Contribute to a collaborative and high-performing team culture
About You
- Minimum 3 years sales experience, ideally within luxury fashion, bridal or premium retail
- Strong experience delivering personalised, client-focused service
- Proven ability to achieve sales targets and KPIs
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Professional presentation aligned with the KYHA brand
- Passion for fashion, styling and luxury client experiences
