We’re looking for reliable and motivated Food Process Workers to join our team in Morningside. You’ll be helping prepare, pack, and deliver high-quality food products in a protected and supportive setting.
About the role
- Portion, marinate, and package cooked meats and meals
- Operate vacuum sealers and other food‑processing equipment
- Follow strict food safety and hygiene standards
- Clean and maintain work areas and equipment
- Work efficiently to meet daily production targets
Shift & hours
Morning shift starting at 6:00 AM:
- Casual position with potential for ongoing work
- Monday to Friday (some flexibility available)
About you
- Has a positive attitude and works well in a team
- Is punctual, reliable, and willing to learn
- Can work in a quick‑paced food production environment
- Has previous food handling or factory experience (preferred but not required)
- Can stand for extended periods and perform manual tasks safely
