Food and Beverage Attendant – Highfields Tavern
Highfields Tavern is seeking energetic Food and Beverage Attendants to join our front‑of‑house team. Working across our busy bar and bistro, you will deliver exceptional customer service in a fast‑paced environment. You must be 18 years or older, hold a current Queensland RSA and have great availability to work a flexible roster including days, nights, weekends and public holidays.
Previous pub experience is highly regarded, but a vibrant attitude and strong work ethic are key. In return, we offer excellent award rates with weekend penalties, team perks and a fun local working environment.
A day in the life of an F&B Attendant
Be the face of the floor, connecting with guests and making sure every visit is a memorable one.
Share your passion for our products and recommend the perfect meal or drink to make a guest’s day.
Deliver top‑notch customer service and make every interaction fun and memorable.
From the first pour of the day to the final lock‑up, you’ll be on the front lines, making sure our standards are sky‑high and the experience is one to remember.
Help the gaming and wagering team when needed and legally able.
Inherent requirements
This is a hands‑on role that involves manual handling and lifting as part of regular duties (e.g. moving stock, kegs, and deliveries). Applicants must have the ability to perform physical tasks safely and efficiently.
About you
You’re a natural at making people feel welcome and have a knack for the little details.
You’re a team player who is motivated to create magic for both guests and teammates.
You have a current RSA certificate and flexible availability.
Some gaming experience or willingness to learn would also be an asset.
