Project Manager – OLEOLOGY

Salary: $70,000 – $90,000 per year
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our team in Perth. The ideal candidate will have a solid foundation in process or mechanical engineering, a proven record in managing multidisciplinary projects, and a strong passion for innovation and technical excellence. You will play a key role in designing, implementing, and optimizing OLEOLOGY treatment systems, ensuring they meet client expectations and performance standards.
- Lead project delivery and execution from design to delivery.
- Maximise project efficiency, technical accuracy, and profitability.
- Define and manage project scope, specifications, budgets, and schedules.
- Coordinate cross‑functional engineering, procurement, and construction activities.
- Maintain strict adherence to safety, quality, and environmental compliance standards.
- Deliver projects on time and on budget with exceptional technical detail and client satisfaction.
- Work with advanced technology in water treatment, enhanced oil recovery, mercury removal, and water recycling.
Key Responsibilities
- Work with the Director of Engineering to establish project objectives, design parameters, data collection methods, and performance standards.
- Support the design and development of OLEOLOGY treatment systems – including 2D/3D layouts, process flow diagrams (PFDs), and P&IDs.
- Oversee procurement and ensure timely acquisition of materials, components, and subcontracted services.
- Coordinate fabrication, assembly, and testing of treatment systems.
- Assist in commissioning, performance testing, and operational handover to clients.
- Track project progress using company CRM and project management tools; prepare periodic progress and cost reports.
- Identify and manage project risks, schedule deviations, and budget variances, and communicate corrective actions proactively.
- Develop and maintain engineering documentation, test procedures, and quality assurance records.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams, including Technical, Commissioning, and Operations departments.
- Ensure projects meet safety, environmental, and compliance standards under ISO and Australian regulations.
- Participate in client meetings, project reviews, and technical discussions.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to the innovation of treatment processes and system designs.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Chemical, Process, or Environmental Engineering (or equivalent).
- Minimum 15 years’ experience in project engineering, project management, or system design – ideally within water treatment, process plant, or industrial equipment sectors.
- Proven experience in field management, fabrication supervision, and commissioning of engineering systems.
- Strong working knowledge of AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or similar 2D/3D CAD tools.
- Excellent understanding of P&IDs, PFDs, and mechanical layouts.
- Familiarity with ECR/ECO processes and configuration management.
- Demonstrated understanding of compliance standards, QA/QC procedures, and HSE requirements in engineering projects.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to lead meetings, manage contractors, and liaise effectively with clients and stakeholders.
- Ability to multitask and prioritise under tight deadlines while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
- Willingness to travel interstate and internationally within the Asia‑Pacific region, including Malaysia.
- Ability to deliver advanced technology into diverse market sectors: Oil & Gas, Waste & Landfill – wastewater & leachate, Industrial Water Treatment, Recycling, Agriculture, Toxic Contaminant removal including BTEX, PFAS, and Mercury.
- Proven ability to demonstrate benefits from advanced technology implementation across ESG factors.
Preferred Skills and Qualifications
- Professional Engineer (PE) or Chartered status (or working towards).
- Experience in water treatment, PFAS removal, filtration, or environmental remediation systems.
- Familiarity with PLC/automation interfaces and performance monitoring systems.
- Experience with database design, data logging, or engineering documentation systems.
- Knowledge of Australian Standards (AS), ISO quality management, and environmental compliance frameworks.

Technician – OLEOLOGY
Type: Full Time

We are looking for a self‑motivated Technician to assist in developing and delivering our world‑class water treatment systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry materials and equipment from one part of the facility to another.
- Operate machines and tools; clean and maintain equipment.
- Assist in assembling and disassembling machines, changing defective parts, installing new machinery.
- Record maintenance and reply to emails and electronic media platforms (e.g., WhatsApp, Toggl).
- Assist in purchasing, storing, and managing supplies required on a routine basis.
- Help with cleaning toilets, kitchen, office windows, and removing cobwebs.

- Conduct and coordinate in‑house trials and pilot tests to support proposal validation.
- Prepare clear, technically sound, and commercially competitive proposals and review them with management.
- Liaise with clients to present and review the designed water treatment systems.
- Maintain client communication from proposal through to the issuance of Purchase Orders or trial hire agreements.
Trials & Pilot Management
- Develop trial documentation, including layout design and implementation instructions.
- Coordinate with technicians and field teams for trial setup and execution.

Client & Project Handover
- Manage client relationships from initial enquiry through proposal and order confirmation.
