We are currently seeking a compassionate and dedicated Enrolled Nurse to join our clinical team within at Grand Cedar Aged Care:
Thursday and Friday 07:00-15:00
Enrolled Nurse | Residential Aged Care

You will play an important role in supporting the delivery of clinical care while contributing to a positive and collaborative team environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Providing person-centred nursing care to residents in accordance with care plans
- Administering medications within scope of practice and organisational policies
- Monitoring resident health and reporting changes in condition to the Registered Nurse
- Assisting with assessments, care planning, and clinical documentation
- Performing clinical duties including wound care, pressure area care, and BGL monitoring
- Supporting Personal Care Workers in delivering high-quality care
- Liaising with residents, families, GPs, and allied health professionals
- Contributing to quality improvement and accreditation activities
- Promoting a safe, respectful, and homelike environment for residents
About You
You are a caring and motivated clinician who is passionate about delivering exceptional aged care services.
You will demonstrate:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong clinical knowledge and attention to detail
- A resident-centred approach to care
- Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team
- Strong time management and organisational skills
- Commitment to continuous learning and professional development
Essential Requirements
- Diploma of Nursing
- Current AHPRA registration as an Enrolled Nurse
- Medication Endorsement (highly desirable)
- Current Police Check
- Valid working rights in Australia
- Demonstrated clinical experience and knowledge
- Basic computer and documentation skills
- Previous experience in residential aged care
- Knowledge of Aged Care Quality Standards
- Understanding of AN-ACC and aged care compliance requirements
