- You hold a Diploma or Certificate III in Early Childhood Education.
- You have experience working within the early years and a solid understanding of early childhood development.
- You’re a proactive, creative, and engaging educator who thrives in a busy and stimulating environment.
- You’re passionate about fostering a love of learning in young children, helping them grow into confident and capable learners.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and implement educational programs that support children’s individual needs.
- Build meaningful relationships with families and children, creating a welcoming and inclusive atmosphere.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory standards and maintain a safe, nurturing setting for all.

Qualifications & Experience
- Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education
- Current Blue Card
- Current First Aid & CPR (HLTAID004) Certificate
- Current Asthma and Anaphylaxis Certificate
- Prior experience as a Lead Educator is essential.
