Mercedes College is a Catholic secondary school for girls in Years 7 to 12, governed by Mercy Education Limited and grounded in the Mercy Tradition. Position Overview
We are currently seeking two Education Assistants to join our Inclusive Education team: one ongoing position and one Semester 2 leave replacement position.
Responsibilities
- Support students with diverse learning needs, including those with Specific Learning Difficulties (SLD), disabilities and gifted or talented abilities.
- Assist teachers and the Inclusive Education team in creating engaging, inclusive and supportive learning environments that enable every student to achieve her personal best.
- Build positive relationships with students, staff and families, contributing to a culture of care, respect and belonging.
- Support the broader life of the College through participation in co‑curricular activities and school events where required.
