Are you an experienced and reliable driver looking for variety in your day‑to‑day work? Team Global Express is seeking a dedicated Floater Driver to support our Retail Service Centre operations, delivering and collecting freight across a variety of shopping centres throughout Melbourne.

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver and collect freight safely and efficiently across various shopping centres and retail locations throughout Melbourne
- Load, unload, secure, and transport freight in accordance with company and legislative requirements
- Provide exceptional customer service while representing Team Global Express professionally
- Complete manifests, consignment documentation, and Proof of Delivery requirements accurately
- Operate handheld scanning devices to track and manage freight movements
- Ensure compliance with Chain of Responsibility (CoR), load restraint, and safety procedures at all times
- Support different delivery runs and locations as required, providing operational flexibility across the network
What We’re Looking For
- Current HR Driver’s Licence (Manual preferred)
- Previous experience in multi‑drop deliveries and shopping centre environments
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Physically fit and capable of loading and unloading freight safely
- Sound understanding of load restraint and transport safety requirements
- Ability to work independently and adapt to changing delivery schedules and locations
- Commitment to safety, compliance, and operational excellence
